As our last party with Gosu & friends was so well received by all of those who came and celebrated with us... We came to the decision that Studio9294 is the perfect setting to honour our 4th anniversary!
ALL of the artists we welcome for this very special occasion and have been very carefully selected to provide our Oscuro family & friends an amazing musical experience across 16 hours.
Expect an East end, open-air terrace during the daytime with the beautiful canal embedded in the scenery. We then move into a stripped-back warehouse space from sunset until sunrise.
Lamache is somebody we have admired for some time now, he is an artist that we have kept firmly in our minds until inviting him to debut at Oscuro London at the best time. What better time than the celebration of our 4th birthday!? Lamache, formerly a member of Toi Toi Musik alongside another special guest Voigtmann was a hugely credible and established label and party on the London circuit. After years of making a name for himself here on London soil, his personal journey led him to Berlin to concentrate on his developing his label; Discobar. Still relatively young, the record label has gone from strength to strength hosting memorable showcases all across Europe as well as representing a talented collective including Zendid, Digby, Robin Ordell, The Mole + many more! A very warm Oscuro London welcome to Lamache.
Claus Voigtmann needs no introduction. An absolute heavyweight in London and across the globe, we are super excited to have him back closing our outside terrace along the canal.
HardWorkSoftDrink frontmen Max Vaahs & Cedric Dekowski have been on our radar for long enough now! Hugely respected here in the Oscuro camp we are expecting nothing short of spectacular from these two on their debuts. Showcases all around Europe but more prominently at the ever so famous Robert Johnson in their residing Frankfurt have put these guys on the map massively. We have had a strong connection with the up & coming scene in Frankfurt/Offenbach inviting Markus Sommer, Manuel Schatz & Phil Evans already before so now we host HardWorkSoftDrink!
The Ghost - a duo, based in Berlin, playing under the same name as the mobile record shop that they run in the German capital - will also be joining us once again! After absolutely rocking 93 Feet East alongside Youandewan back in April we deemed it only right to invite our favourite British-born, Berlin-based boys back for an extended closing set in the warehouse.
By last and certainly by no means least, our beloved residents Jack Ling & Jayar complete the bill. The boys are really causing waves here in London, most recently heating the dancefloor before Petre Inspirescu at Half-Baked Records. Big things to come from these two.
