Anna Wall (The Bricks)
For our next event we have London based DJ, Producer and The Bricks label boss Anna Wall.
After stints living in Newcastle, Ibiza and Berlin, Anna is rooted back in her hometown of London.
Her debut release 'Broken' appeared on the 22Tracks ADE compilation featuring Legowelt, San Proper, Jacob Korn and Fantastic Man, and she's had remixes played across the airwaves on BBC 6 Music.
Last year Anna had two vinyl releases out on the shelves; an unlikely remix of the legendary Roger Taylor from Queen alongside Corbi for Justin Harris and Luke Solomon's Music For Freaks, and a collaboration with long-time partner in crime Thoma Bulwer for Parasol Culture. PARACULT001 sold out in Phonica and Kristina Records gaining support from Mood II Swing, Cinthie, Voigtmann and Cab Drivers and across the airwaves worldwide on Fritz FM, NTS Radio, KMAH and Ibiza Sonica.
Having launched her own record label – named The Bricks - Anna is known and respected throughout the industry. "Anna Wall's label The Bricks is showing promise as a forward-thinking house label for those with discerning tastes" Mixmag
She has performed at some of Europe's most highly acclaimed clubs and festivals - ://about blank (Berlin), Space (Ibiza), Snowbombing (Austria), Meadows In The Mountains (Bulgaria) Bestival (UK) and has a residency at Number 90 (London).
