Peter Van Hoesen [BE / Time To Express]
Adam Marshall [CA / New Kanda, Cynosure]
Phiorio [Metroline Limited, dumb¦found¦sound]
John Connell [Grain Records]
we are very excited to announce the next Dumb¦Found¦Sound event which will be a treat to all techno and house aficionados as we will be graced by two super talents of the electronic music scene at Dumb¦Found:10 in the form of Peter Van Hoesen and Adam Marshall.
Peter will play a live set as part of his ‘Entropic City’ album tour. Peter has been a rising star since the release of his Trusted EP and while his productions over the last two years hinted at his genius he definitely cemented his status as one of the most innovative producers out there with his mesmerising new album 'Entropic City'. it has been on repeat in Dumb¦Found¦Sound’s HQ since its release and has been coveted by techno heads around the world from Brussels to Tokyo (RA gave it a rave review and 4.5 stars!). a genius in his own right, Peter’s live set will surely be one of those unforgettable dumb¦found moments!
our second main guest is New Kanada’s label founder and Cynosure favourite Adam Marshall and we are very excited to have him play at one of our intimate events. he doesn’t need much introduction as his cutting-edge music and achievements speak volumes and for itself but we knew that we have to have him at a Dumb¦Found party after seeing him in action at the last Mutek festival where he rocked room 2 of Metropolis along-side his Cynosure peers.
Phiorio has fast become a Dumb¦Found¦Sound favourite and he will grace us with his skills again at Dumb¦Found:10. his last two sets energised both early evening shakers and late morning movers and he will again man the decks for a 2 hour set though we haven’t decided yet who he’s going to please this time.
our last guest is John Connell, Grain Records co-founder, and a definite Dumb¦Found¦Sound favourite. he is finally back with a long-awaited extended DJ set and we can't wait to hear what his has in store for us.
We're very excited to be holding DF:10 at the Rhythm Factory in Whitechapel. It’s a bit of an institution and provides us with a crisp soundsystem, a great atmosphere and cheap drinks – which sounds pretty good to us! . Look forward to seeing you all on the 11th for another great night.
