Jaguar Skills - Mark Ronson, Lupe Fiasco, Trevor Nelson and Chris Moyles are all keen admirers of the original Ninja and the rise of this ground-breaking artist has been widely followed. One of Jaguar Skills finest moments was when he created the Mixtape "1979-2006: A Hip-Hop Odyssey - 800 Tracks In 45 Minutes". A ground breaking project, he mixed every Hip-Hop hit from 1979 to 2006, and played them in order of their release. After only one month this monstrous mix had been downloaded over a MILLION times; played twice in a row on Mistajam's BBC 1xtra show and Radio 1’s Colin Murray showcased sections of the Mixtape every week on his show for a staggering 10 weeks. Jaguar Skills has rocked Glastonbury, Bestival, V Festival, Isle of Wight Festival, Snowbombing, T in the Park and is resident at Gatecrasher.
Drums Of Death emerged from London's club scene in early 2008 and after Joe Goddard from Hot Chip and Alex Waldron heard a tape of his music they signed him to their record label and party crew: Greco-Roman. He has remixed artists such as Hot Chip, Tricky, Franz Ferdinand, Mando Diao, James Yuill, Steve Mason, Drop The Lime, Alphabeat and Mika. In late 2008 Rob Da Bank of Radio 1 and Bestival brought Drums of Death in to perform for the BBC Introducing series. Bestival 2009 saw the debut of the Drums Of Death live band… the extension of the solo performance. This band is something wild and powerful…
Getting the party started for this December feast we also have Marc ‘Snowbombing’ Roberts, an international DJ of master mixes, Marc is as well known for his DJ-ing prowess as he is for his award winning programming of festivals such as Beach Break Live and Snowbombing.
