"Clint Boon is on a mission from rising to fame as the keyboard player with the legendary Inspiral Carpets, wooing crowds the world over with The Clint Boon Experience, to setting up his own record label, Boony Tunes... not to mention his status as Madchester's original rockstar DJ.
Disgruntled by the state of play of Mancunian club culture, Clint has taken it upon himself to save the city from drowning in the mainstream. No mean feat, for sure. But then Clint is no ordinary DJ. " (City Life Review)
Clint Boon, has been on top of the Manchester Scene for decades. With numerous residencies across the City alongside a recent Tour with the Inspiral Carpets Clint is still at the top of his game both as a performer and DJ.
Clint will be bringing his trademark sounds, Expect Indie, Madchester, Ska, Northern Soul, Hip Hop, Rave, Reggae, 50s, 60s, basically all the best records youve ever heard, in the legendary style of the Boon.
Eddie Temple-Morris is a London-based DJ/remixer who is best known for his Friday night Xfm radio show The Remix. He also is known for his club residencies, which have included Manumission/Ibiza Rocks in Ibiza, Razzamatazz in Barcelona, and Cargo, Matter and SEOne in London, he has often performed as the opening act for the Prodigy and Eddy was Pendulum's first live headline tour DJ/support act. As a remixer, he collaborates with Tom Bellamy (ex Cooper Temple Clause) as Losers, whose credits include Placebo, Freestylers, Gossip, Alex Gopher, Rage Against the Machine, Dragonette, Goose, Kasabian, and Snow Patrol. Losers are about to release their new material on Never Say Die Records.
Stylistically, Temple-Morris is known for infusing indie-leaning rock with dance music, and heavy use of bass; accordingly, dance remixes of rock songs are his calling card. He made his album debut in 2007 with Dance Rocks, a double-CD mix released by Botchit & Scarper. Losers debut single, Flush, feat Manchester rapper Envy, has had over 160,000 views on Youtube.
His DJ sets faultlessly mix Electro, Dubstep, Moombahton and Drum n Bass with CDJs. Eddy never uses computers to mix tunes in clubs.
