14 hours of music. 2 indoor stages. 1 outdoor arena. 1 very special Sunday.
With our first season of events more than exceeding all of our expectations, we felt it was time really show you what we can do for one very special party alongside our good friends Wax:On & mono_cult. Expect no less than 14 hours of music, 2 indoor stages, 1 courtyard arena, the most delightful food on offer and a whole host of good times to be had. We can promise that we’ll be pulling out all the stops to make this a staple event in the Canal Mills calendar, and you can say you were there for the first one!
A celebrated return for many, Maya Jane Coles and Joy Orbison will once again be gracing Canal Mills 1’s and 2’s after two of the most commanding sets of last year. Joy Orbison bringing his combination of rich garage sounds and blended house cuts, his sets as seamless and eclectic as each of his renowned efforts as an artist. Maya Jane Coles, having also shared a wave of acclaim, will be offering her own diverse and unique range of relentless and rolling house driven offerings.
John Talabot, having truly solidified his place in the electronic music realm after the release of “fin” also joins us alongside Detroit’s Ryan Elliot, hailing from the Ostgut family, who will be rounding off the main room shindig. Also making a highly anticipated appearance on March 31st will be the King of “space disco” Prins Thomas, whose label Full Pupp saw the release of his latest album and firm mono_cult favourite Aus music’s Midland, bringing the day time vibes in the unveiling of our brand new Courtyard arena.
With a whole host of our closest family and friends joining us, including the likes of PBR Streetgang, Youandewan, Last Waltz, People Get Real, Matt Long, Brad Mercer, Paul Kaminski and Mike Jones, you can rest assured you will be greeted by the finest purveyors of electronic music on this Bank Holiday Sunday in March.
