Pittsburgh Track Authority,
Reel By Real (Martin Bonds),
+ The Nonline Reckless Crew (secret guests & alternative sets) in the bar from 6pm
Free Party (with alternative sets and secret guests), 6pm - 10pm
Main Event, 10pm - 5am
After another roadblock at The Waiting Room with Peverelist, Dust, Nick Craddock & Charlie Bennett, we’re upping sticks for our next party to London Fields Brewhouse where we have a special event lined up. Kicking off at 6pm to ably assist all you people in gainful (and not so gainful) employment for your end-of-week, post work drinks, we’re throwing open the doors of the London Fields Brewhouse Bar for free. On hand will be the Nonline Reckless Krew consisting of some secret special guests and some of our acts playing alternative sets to get the party started. With drinks offers from the in-house craft beer range and a gourmet food van in the courtyard, it’s well worth getting there early for.
The main event starts at 10pm where the Funktion 1 powered main room opens. To say we’re chuffed with these bookings is to put it lightly with four of our favourite artists jetting in from Detroit, Pittsburgh, Rotterdam & Dublin (via Rome) including a couple of debut performances:
Gerd (NL, Clone Records)
Also known as Geeeman, NY Stomp and Literon amongst many, many other pseudonyms, Gerd has been releasing music for over 20 years. Proprietor of 4 Lux Records, Gerd has overseen releases from such artists as iron Curtis, Arrtu & Nicholas. One of the most consistent producers around, Gerd is also a great DJ as evidenced by his recent Fact mix which showed off an impressively eclectic record collection.
Pittsburgh Track Authority *LONDON DEBUT* (USA, Work Them Records)
This trio of Preslav Lefterov, Adam Ratana and Thomas Cox are true aficionados of dance music as shown in their diverse productions which touch on house, techno, electro, disco & two-step influences. With a string of great releases on such labels as Uzuri, Argot and their own Pittsburgh Tracks (which hosts their latest record,‘Allegheny Acid / Primitive Rhythms’ record), we’re excited to have these guys over to play their debut UK show. Make sure to check out their recent Resident Advisor feature for an insight into these true selectors: www.residentadvisor.net/feature.aspx?1822
Reel By Real - LIVE *LONDON DEBUT* (USA, a.r.t.less)
An enigmatic figure in the Detroit techno scene, Martin Bonds was a sound engineer in Juan Atkins’ Metroplex and Kevin Saunderson’s KMS studios and a production partner of Anthony ‘Shake’ Shakir. After releasing the legendary ‘Aftermath’ & ‘Surkit’ records in the early 1990s, Bonds disappeared from the music scene before reemerging with the spellbinding ‘Surkit Chamber - The Melding’ album some 20 years later. A true unsung hero of Detroit, his sound is classic techno that still sounds vital today. Playing his first ever London gig, this exclusive live show is not to be missed.

Lerosa (IRE, Uzuri)
There’s little more that needs to be said when you’ve released on such esteemed labels as Uzuri, Osgut Ton, D1 and Apartment Records. An Italian now based in Dublin, Lerosa is another act who has a diverse discography and the theme is continued in his DJ sets which touch on all manner of house, techno, electro and italo.
As always, Nonline residents Versial & Pete Cadden will be on hand to keep things indecent.
