& MANY MORE TO BE ANNOUNCEDA 12-hour communal immersion involving live music, visual art, food, sleep and yoga passing through several phases curated to encourage the forming of a quantum community consciousness through shared experience.
YOU are invited to harmonise with the elements and phase cycles through a continuous and collaborative sonic projection. Installations, visuals and frequency-tempered lighting curated by artists and experimenters will deepen the resonance throughout the various phases which will include deep sleep, the option of an instructed yoga class open to all abilities and a morning serving of food and juices.
Sleep Garden will be held in the Kinning Park Complex, a reclaimed community center housed in the building of a school building built in 1910 in Glasgow. Musicians, artists, cooks, instructors, organisers and helpers will all be volunteering their time, expertise and practice so that 100% of the profit made from this event will be contributed to CALAID - a grassroots charity, providing humanitarian aid and practical assistance to refugees, asylum seekers and displaced people, currently predominantly working in Greece. Please contact [email protected] for concession tickets if you're unemployed.
Price includes music, morning yoga class and breakfast (vegan).
Please bring your own sleeping materials (sleeping bag, pillows etc. - there will be mats on floor for comfort). -
