- Mobilee will release the Berlin-based duo's first full-length later this year.
Mobilee and Lan Muzic favourites Exercise One are set to release their debut album later this year.
The duo of former !K7 employees Marco Freivogel and Ingo Gansera have been turning heads with their Teutonic minimal techno since 2004, but they're set to surprise even their own fans with their first full album, which is entitled In Cars We Rust. Whilst the claustrophobic dance floor rattlers that we've come to know and love are present on the record, there's more of a focus on melodies, live instruments and even vocals from Venezuelan pop star turned techno producer Argenis Brito.
Opening with the pulsing ambience of "Circeo," In Cars We Rust pushes through shimmering funky techno, jazzy tech-house and breakbeat-inflected electro-rock throughout its 72 minutes, which looks to be the start of a bold new journey for the pair.
