  • The elusive Wighnomy Brothers will finally touch down in the United States later this month for a proper tour of the country. The duo of Gabor Schablitzki and Soeren Bodner are set to begin their American jaunt in Boston on May 21st as part of the Make It New party, and reuniting with local DJ David Day. (Both were major players in Amy Grill's electronic music documentary Speaking in Code.) The party continues from there, with the Wighnomy's playing New York for the Blk|market Uddermadness third anniversary where they'll be performing along with Innervisions Live, the quartet of Henrik Schwarz, Âme and Dixon. (Tickets for that party are available at RA here.) Then it's off to Detroit for the duo where they'll be gracing the decks at Movement 2009, and after a short break they'll finally be heading on to San Francisco to celebrate Kontrol's 4th Anniversary. Details of that final party haven't been released quite yet, but check back throughout the month as venue and full line-up will no doubt be confirmed in the coming days.
