Norse psychedelic disco duo Mungolian Jetset will release a double disc collection in August.
Entitled We Gave It All Away...Now We Are Taking It Back, the compilation is set to contain remixes, covers, collaborations and originals onto two (nearly) hour-long mixes. The duo of Pål Nyhus and Knut Petter Sævik are the main men behind the project that a writer once called "a lush, alien soundworld somewhere between the ethnodelic mystery of Brian Eno and David Bryne's My Life in the Bush of Ghosts, and the cheesy progtastic expansiveness of Orb's Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld," which sounds just about right to us.
