  • Mike Simonetti's Italians Do It Better label are set to take over London's Koko club tomorrow night. The New Jersey-based imprint is dedicated to releasing updates on classic disco, italo and synth-pop templates, and has already made quite a name for itself amongst bloggers and disco diggers alike. With acts like Glass Candy and Chromatics on its roster, it's clear that Simonetti has a soft spot for live bands, and that's exactly what you'll get at the Thursday night bash. Starting at 8 PM, you'll get to check out Johnny Jewel and Ida No's sultry synth work as Glass Candy, as well as new Italians signings Twisted Wires and Desire, the latter of which is Jewel's latest production project. The aural treats don't end there, however: Norwegian prog-disco don Lindstrom will also be making a live appearance, with DJ support coming from Simonetti himself.
