Theo Parrish and Ron Trent will take the reins for Francois K's next two Deep Space parties.
Francois' weekly parties have been a staple for New York's Monday night clubbers since 2003, often seeing the man himself take to the decks for the entire evening. The past four events have featured the much-lauded French selector playing on his own, but the forthcoming Deep Space parties will see him take a back seat to the two house music luminaries from Detroit and Chicago. Parrish will play the whole night at Cielo on July 20th, but Ron Trent's performance the following week will coincide with the temporary closure of Cielo, meaning that the party will move over to Manhattan's Love. Attendees of both nights should expect plenty of vintage US house and disco, but given Deep Space's open musical policy, don't be surprised if things veer off into jazz or dubbier territory.
