  • The elusive Redshape is set to debut in Australia next month, playing a string of live dates across the country. Despite his secretive demeanor, the German resident has been quite active from a production standpoint. Since debuting in 2006 on Music Man, Redshape has notched up a number a successful singles, garnering attention in 2007 with the popular "Dog Day" and "Unfinished Symmetry" tracks. More recently, the masked producer released his highly-praised The Dance Paradox LP on Delsin, seeing abstract and ambient production mixed together with dark analogue techno. On the live front, Redshape sets are among the most organic in the business, incorporating live sampling and the complete restructuring of his tracks and remixes, resulting in a completely unique set each time he takes the booth. Redshape's April tour will see dates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, with some venues still to be announced.
