Plastikman tour comes to Paris

- Parisian promoters We Love Art are set to host the third leg of Plastikman's 2010 world tour. After comeback shows at Mannheim's Time Warp festival and California's Coachella, the inevitable post-gig live footage, and the behind-the-scenes video detailing the immense logistical operation behind the show, you could say that there's been something of a buzz surrounding Richie Hawtin's Plastikman moniker in recent weeks. The third date on the 2010 tour will take place this Saturday May 8 at Paris' Grande Halle De La Villette, and, in addition to the undoubtedly jaw-dropping production, will feature a trio of Hawtin's Minus cohorts appearing in supporting roles. First up is Magda, who is probably better versed than anyone in warming up a large and expectant dance floor for Hawtin's arrival, while attendees can also look forward to sets from label mainstays Troy Pierce and Marc Houle.
