  • Berlin comes to Moscow image
  • Moscow will be offered a taste of Berlin's famed Berghain venue, come Friday April 12th. It will in fact be the fourth time in six months that Moscow venue Discoteque have hosted an event under the "Berghain & Panorama Bar Residents" banner, having previously brought the likes of Marcel Dettmann, nd_baumecker, Jerome Sydenham, Marcel Fengler, Norman Nodge, Radio Slave and Shed over to the Russian capital. The April 12th soiree will be musically propped up by Berghain/Panorama Bar residents Ben Klock and Steffi, with their respective stripped techno and multifarious house sounds. After a fairly frenetic 2009 that saw him release his debut full-length along with the obligatory support tour, Klock has enjoyed a steady start to his 2010, with remixes for Martyn and Telefon Tel Aviv, and an EP for Deeply Rooted House hitting record store shelves. Steffi meanwhile, followed up her debut single for Osgut, with Kill Me in collaboration with Elif Bicer, while her brand new Dolly imprint made a forceful start to its journey, releasing strong EPs from newcomer Jacob Korn and Dexter.
