  • London party promoters Proactive have announced Paul Van Dyk as the headliner for their September 24 warehouse event. He will be the next drawcard taking over the arches of the Ewer Street Car Park following July's Eric Prydz and Gui Boratto double header, and will break in the space for Adam Beyer's Drumcode party, due to take place the following night. In recent years, the Grammy-nominated trance superstar has opted for large scale venues like matter, Brixton Academy and the o2 Arena when in the UK capital, making this his first foray into London's warehouse party scene. The end of summer party will be the sole London date for Van Dyk's UK tour which will commemorate 10 years of his Vandit Records imprint, with eight club dates throughout September and October. Alongside some as yet unannounced guests, Van Dyk is on course for a 4-hour set in the venue's Arch 1, while the Arch 2 will be in the hands of Ministry of Sound's purveyors of main room house, Bootleg Social.
