The LA beatmaker will join Carl Craig, Kevin Saunderson and Scuba at the Seattle festival next month.
The complete program for Decibel Festival has been announced, with Flying Lotus confirmed as this year's headliner.
2010 has been watershed year for the Los Angeles producer, with the rising profile of L.A.'s post-hip hop scene—of which he and his Brainfeeder crew are a central part—and with the release of Cosmogramma, his second album for Warp Records. Flying Lotus will perform on the festival's second night as part of the FlyLo and Friends Showcase, which will also feature Brainfeeder label mates Lorn and Samiyam, plus Seattle producer Truckasauras.
Other additions to the final five-day lineup include the 2010 dB Conference, which will feature a lecture by Monolake experimentalist Robert Henke, and the all-ages dB in the Park events at The Mural Amphitheater in Seattle Center. dB in the Park's two outdoor parties will be evenly split between a cast of west coast talent on the Saturday, including NastyNasty, Splatinum and PrEssHa, while Sunday will inject a bit of UK bass into the mix, courtesy of Mary Anne Hobbs and Plastician.
As we previously revealed, the above artists will be joining a cast list that already boasts the likes of Theo Parrish, Ben Frost, Dinky, Catz N' Dogz, Headhunter and Mount Kimbie.
