  • Promoters Mudd, Subject and Reach will curate a room each at Dublin's Twisted Pepper next Friday. If you're not familiar with the work of Anthony Child, AKA Surgeon, then we suggest spending time with our recent interview in which RA's Todd L. Burns discussed, among many other things, his early days running the House of God night in Birmingham, work alongside Regis as British Murder Boys and the strong influence Japan has had on his career. Friday, September 17th's gig in The Twisted Pepper basement will see Child once again link up with Dave Huismans, AKA 2562—the pair both played Shed's album launch party at Berghain last month and will both be present for the London launch at Cable this weekend. The Stage, meanwhile, will be the place to catch the intense techno experience that is a DJ Rush DJ show. The Chicago producer plays alongside Sunil Sharpe and Rob Hatchell in the Subject-curated space. And those in the mood for a spot of drum & bass would be advised to check out the The Mezz, which is where Metalheadz's Jubei, Beatnik and Turntable Terrorwrists will be spinning.
