  • Later this month, Warm and Corsica Studios will host a label night by Ostgut Ton as part of the outfit's anniversary celebrations. It was five years ago that Nick Höppner launched Ostgut Ton, a label that has since become one of the most hotly-tipped sources of modern house and techno. To mark the occasion, Höppner and co arranged an expansive double-disc compilation called Fünf, which launched at the end of last month with an epic 40+ hour party at the imprint's homebase, the mighty Berghain/Panorama Bar. The night at Corsica Studios is an extension of these celebrations, and will exclusively feature members of the Ostgut Ton family. Leading the charge is techno pro Ben Klock, a DJ who can spin for upwards of nine hours if the occasion calls for it. He'll be joined by fellow Berghain resident Marcel Fengler, one of Ostgut Ton's strongest up-and-comers. nd_baumecker and recent Exchange subject Prosumer will be repping Panorama Bar with some brighter, classically rooted house grooves. Rounding off the bill is the brains behind the whole operation, Nick Höppner. Tickets to Ostgut Ton's label night at Corsica Studios are available right here at RA Tickets. Also keep an eye out for the limited edition cassette mixed by Ryan Elliott which will be given away for free on the night.
