  • A Guy Called Gerald and The Revenge are set to headline at Corsica Studios this Saturday, the 19th of March. Taking over room one, A Guy Called Gerald arrives fresh from headlining the I Love Acid arena at the sold out Bloc festival last weekend. A veteran of the scene, Gerald was a founding member of 808 State and a part of the early Manchester acid house scene in the late '80s, and became well known for tracks like "Voodoo Ray." In room two Scotsman The Revenge brings his take on disco to the dance floor–with releases on DFA, Buzzin' Fly and Domino, he is additionally involved in the running the label Instruments Of Rapture, one of the primary points of release for his collaboration project with Craig Smith, 6th Borough Project. Supporting the headliners are, amongst others, Irish expat Saoirse Ryan, Moscow Records boss Archie Hamilton, Rich Smith, Mark Storie and Rob Alldritt. Tickets to Get Diverted & Slide with The Revenge & A Guy Called Gerald are available right here on RA.
