- The London-based trio will release their debut album through Keysound Recordings in May.
LV have put forth details of Routes, their first full-length.
The trio, made up of producers Will Horrocks, Gervase Gordon and Si Williams, have been releasing vocal-infused bass music since 2007. Hyperdub has been the primary imprint with which they've worked, although 12-inches for 2nd Drop, Soul Jazz, Hemlock and Keysound also litter their discography. It will in fact be the latter that will put-out Routes this May, a 12-track collection of previously unreleased music that features the vocals of Joshua Idehen throughout. Idehen hooked-up with the group on their one previous Keysound outing, 2010's 38 EP—and as was the case with that record, Routes spins a particularity London-centric yarn, with Idehen spitting on subjects like the city's public transport system over LV's colourful synths and beats.
