The Detroit techno don will play in Melbourne and Sydney next month.
Robert Hood will head to Australia next month to play at clubs in Melbourne and Sydney.
Throughout his multi-decade career, Hood's Australian appearances have been few and far between. June of 2010, however, saw the Detroit native play several sets around the country–his first in Australia for many years. This time, he'll drop in for appearances in both Melbourne and Sydney, playing for Brown Alley and HAHA Industries, respectively. The former comes first, and places Hood alongside English producers James Zabiela, Midland and Tom Budden on May 20th. Details are still hazy for the Sydney event, happening the following weekend, with the party's location yet to be announced. HAHA Industries will be hosting the Underground Resistance man under their Versus banner, a night that has recently played host to the techno of Vince Watson and Kenny Larkin.
