Magnetic Man and Tensnake will join the electro duo on the Australian festival tour later this year.
Parklife has been one of the most popular events on the Australian festival circuit for several years now. Since its entry over a decade ago the type of lineups the festival has showcased have evolved over time, ranging from a focus on breaks and house back in the early '00s, to the electro and rock-oriented bills of more recent years. This time around, however, dubstep has been given a prominent presence, with Joker, Nero and vocalist Katy B each joining supergroup Magnetic Man on the bill. There's a heavy electro contingent alongside headliners Digitalism, made up of MSTRKRFT, SebastiAn and Simian Mobile Disco. Rounding out the international lineup, Tensnake and Little Dragon will each bring their comparatively underground disco and indie-pop repertoire to Australia, while Parklife regular Diplo will make his return to summer festival stages.
This year's tour will get underway with a showing in Melbourne on September 24th, after which Parklife will move on to four other dates around the country, stopping into Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.
