Tale Of Us go to Mexico City

- Clockwork will join the duo at a Life & Death showcase at AM Local this Friday.
- Mexico City promoter GetMove will host a Life and Death showcase next weekend at AM Local featuring Tale Of Us and Clockwork. Both Italian duos are fixtures of Life and Death, a label founded in late 2010 whose house and disco tracks, laced heavily with pop vocals and fuzzy psychedelia, have already grabbed plenty of attention. The sound fits neatly alongside that of the hugely popular (and equally young) Visionquest and Hot Creations imprints, which Tale Of Us and Clockwork have also appeared on. Tale Of Us in particular enjoyed a big year in 2011, playing gigs almost every weekend and making their debut on our readers' Top DJs poll at #15. Clockwork stayed busy as well with a growing collection of well-received edits. Their sets at AM Local look to be the first Mexican appearance for both acts. GetMove resident Jon Orve rounds out the night's bill alongside Yirk.
