- The San Francisco club has re-opened with after a short hiatus.
222 Hyde has re-opened with several improvements after a period of renovation this winter.
The San Francisco club has undergone a significant makeover during the past few months, most significantly adding a new fire exit (to increase the club's legal capacity) as well as two new rooms, a new lounge section, an outdoor 'open air' area, and an extra bar (with coat check) at the back end of the club. The DJ booth has been expanded to accommodate live PA sets, and now comes equipped with three turntables, two CDJs and Traktor and Serato hard-wired to the mixer. Perhaps the most obvious addition to the club is a new LED lighting system installed on the ceiling, which DJs can control as they play via a Korg NanoPad mini controller.
The club is open to many prominent San Francisco parties, including Solar and Conor's house and disco-oriented No Way Back party, the techno-heavy Pulse Generator parties on Fridays, and Western Techno Frontier (WTF) presents FTW.
