  • Marc "MK" Kinchen will headline Famous Friends' next Discovery party in Brooklyn on Saturday, May 12th. Kinchen first honed his studio skills by putting out techno tracks with Kevin Saunderson in Detroit in the late '80s. These days his extensive house credentials include a seemingly endless catalog of remixes along with recent appearances on labels like FXHE and Delsin, and as he told us in an interview late last year, there are "literally hundreds of songs" he's crafted that have never left his hard drive. At Loreley in Brooklyn next month, Kinchen will share the bill with James Friedman, a local stalwart and one of the minds behind the Throne of Blood and Let's Play House labels. Discovery DJs Free Magic and Faso round out the program for the night, tickets to which can be found here on RA.
