The UK techno icon will make one Australian stopover in June as part of his world tour.
Carl Cox will make his way to Melbourne on June 22nd.
The UK veteran, who has been somewhat of a bridge between underground and mainstream dance music for the past two decades, is now entering his 11th year of residency at Ibiza super-club Space. The Revolution Recruits, this year's Tuesday night incarnation, will see Cox enlisting relative up-and-comers to join him at the club alongside some new, albeit experienced, faces. This updated M.O. is reflected in the lineup of his world tour's Melbourne leg, which features a variety of old and new players. Cox's Mobile Disco partner Eric Powell and accomplished Australian artist Steve Ward will be spinning at the party, as will Intec-released producer Joe Brunning and budding local duo Midnite Sleaze.
The party kicks off at 8:30 PM at Trak Lounge in Toorak.
