  • Marc Romboy and Ken Ishii have a collaborative album called Taiyo, due for release in February. Both artists come from very different places, both musically and geographically: Romboy is a Berlin-based tech house artist, Ishii a Japanese producer whose repertoire includes everything from full-on techno to official film scores. Taiyo (Japanese for "sun") is their first album together, and follows a 12-inch of the same name that came out earlier this year. "['Taiyo'] was actually the track Marc and I started our collaboration off with," says Ishii. "We instantly clicked with each other and decided to do a whole album consequently." The new album will come out on Romboy's label, Systematic Recordings. Tracklist 01. Gosa 02. Seiun 03. Helium 04. Dopplereffekt 05. Suisei 06. Taiyo 07. Der Strand Systematic Recordings will release Taiyo on February 8th, 2013.
