Madlib celebrates the End of the World in Denver

- Madlib will headline an End of the World party in Denver on December 21st. Joining a number of similar events around the world, Sub.Mission will celebrate the apocalypse (as prophesied by the Mayans) with a mishmash of hip-hop and dubstep, including a DJ set from the crate-digging LA DJ and producer. Oakland rapper Del Tha Funky Homosapien is also on the bill, along with Baltimore's Joe Nice, one of the earliest American adopters of dubstep and one who still sticks to a traditionalist style of the genre á la early DMZ. Ann Arbor producer and drummer Shigeto, dubstep artist The Widdler, Bukue One and the Sub.Mission residents all round out the lineup.
