James Blake and Flying Lotus will also play at the German festival this year.

Melt! 2013 will take place from July 19th through 21st.

More than 120 acts will appear at this year's festival, with around half of those now confirmed: heading the bill is mercurial duo The Knife, whose next album Shaking The Habitual is due out in April. James Blake—who also has an album on the way—and LA beatsmith Flying Lotus are among the other key artists on the lineup. Modeselektor will again curate their own Melt!Selektor stage which will feature a performance from their Moderat project with Apparat. Other names on the bill include Mount Kimbie, Karenn, Joy Orbison, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, James Holden, DJ Koze, Function, JETS, Ben UFO, SBTRKT and Solomun, who will be playing at Melt! for the first time. BPitch Control and Crosstown Rebels will both hold label showcases at the festival, which will take place at its regular home at Ferropolis in Gräfenhainichen, about two hours outside Berlin.
