  • Make Noise has announced details of its next two events in Brighton and Nottingham. The party, which launched last year with several dates across the UK, offers free entry to anyone who brings an old piece of electrical equipment to be recycled. Organisers say the tour aims to "raise awareness of the importance of recycling electronic goods and to support budding music producers." The next Make Noise event will take place in association with Akaakaroar! at LIFE in Brighton on Thursday, May 16th. Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum will team up as JETS to headline, with support from Markings, Dominions and Heavenly Jukebox. The party then rolls into Nottingham's Stealth club (a joint affair with Dollop) on May 29th, with Nonplus+ chief Boddika top of the bill. Citizen, Dollop DJs and Heavenly Jukebox make up the support acts.
