The Mexican arm of the international festival will take place for the tenth time in the fall.
Like its Montreal and Barcelona counterparts, MUTEK.MX focuses primarily on live acts. It'll take place across various venues in Mexico City and includes film screenings and audiovisual showcases, though the exact details are still forthcoming. As reported by XLR8R, the first wave of acts announced include Border Community head James Holden, Hyperdub's Kode9 and Ikonika, recent feature stars Mount Kimbie and Werkdiscs boss Actress. Amon Tobin will perform a new version of his ISAM 2.0 show (which we profiled last year), while JETS, Matmos and FaltyDL are also all billed.
