  • The first London Contemporary Music Festival will run from July 25th through August 4th. The LCMF will take place across the four floors of Bold Tendencies, a venue located within a multi-story carpark in Peckham, South London. Curated by Sound Four, the festival will offer plenty in the way of experimental and avant-garde music, with performances from the likes of Raime and Russell Haswell, while SND will play a selection of unreleased studio recordings produced between 1997 and 2002. Charlemagne Palestine, who we tapped up for an Exchange last year, will perform his most well-known piece, Strumming Music. Tickets for the festival are free, though you'll need to register in order to gain admission. You can do that here.
