- Super Bock Super Rock festival returns for its 19th edition later this week. The three-day event taking place on Meco's beach, which lies roughly 35km from the centre of Lisbon, typically holds a strong rock and dance music presence. Running from Thursday, July 18th, through Saturday, July 20th, Berghain residents Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock will spin back-to-back on the first day. The Friday sees Ricardo Villalobos and Julien Bracht perform, while Carl Craig and Josh Wink join the likes of Digitalism to wrap up proceedings on the Saturday. Headlining the festival will be rock heavyweights The Arctic Monkeys, The Killers and Queens Of The Stone Age. Doors open from 2 PM through midnight each day.
