Hyperdub hits the road in North America

- Ikonika, DJ Rashad and Kode9 will play dates across the US, Canada and Mexico this fall.
- Hyperdub will embark on a tour of North America starting on September 11th. Along for the adventure are boss man Kode9, Ikonika and DJ Rashad. They've all had busy years so far: Ikonika's just released her second LP Aerotropolis, Rashad has his own own full-length on the way, and Kode9 released two singles and a mix CD for Rinse FM. The trio will represent the label on a string of North American dates through September and October. Ikonika will kick things off in Calgary and Victoria on September 11th and 12th respectively, and a week later Rashad will stop through Middleton, Burlington and Westchester. All three will meet up for a Hyperdub showcase at Seattle's Decibel Festival on September 25th, and they'll continue together through Denver and San Francisco. Rashad and Kode9 will co-headline in Los Angeles, Detroit, Boston and Montreal, while Ikonika will go it alone at Low End Theory in LA. The tour will wrap up with two more group gigs: one at Output in NYC with DJ Spinn along for the ride, and one at MUTEK Mexico on October 5th.
