The Abercrombie in Sydney will permanently close its doors this week.
Since its relaunch back in 2011 the venue has been home to a number of the city's top promoters, particularly S.A.S.H, who have been running their weekly Sunday parties at The Abercrombie for the past two years. With the business forced to close due to adjacent developments, doors will open one last time this Thursday, the 9th of January, with DJ Koze heading up the bill. The German producer, who has been in the country for a number of events surrounding New Year's, will be joined by local crews Slow-Blow and Bad Apple as well as more unannounced guests. The farewell kicks off at 9 PM and runs right through to 6 AM.
