  • The second edition of Berlin event series Kontakt will be headlined by Jan Jelinek and Masayoshi Fujita. Kontakt debuted in January, hosting Burnt Friedman and Jaki Liebezeit at Glashaus. The next one will go down on February 22nd, with four acts set to perform. Kontakt founders Francesco Assenza and Hubble will soundtrack the visual arts portion of the event, which begins at 4 PM. A number of pieces of Japanese Shunga (a form of erotic art) will be exhibited, with Hokusai and Kunisada's work among them. A rare live set from Berlin-based minimalist Akiko Kiyama at 7:30 PM will be the first of two concert-style sets, followed by Jelinek and Fujita. Individually, Jelinek and Fujita are two of the world's most revered electronic music experimentalists, and have been working together for the past few years.
