- Pitchfork Music Festival 2014 will take place from July 18th through 20th in Chicago's Union Park. The indie music giant's annual throwdown has been booking more and more electronic acts with each year. 2014 continues the trend apace—the newly resurgent Giorgio Moroder, Factory Floor, Haxan Cloak, Death Grips, Grimes and Donky Pitch signee The Range are among the highlights of the first wave of acts to be announced. Kanye-affiliated rapper Pusha T, Mark Kozelek's Sun Kil Moon, UK band Wild Beasts and shoegaze staples Slowdive are also booked, along with headliners Neutral Milk Hotel, Beck and Kendrick Lamar.
