- Romancing The Stone will hit stores in March.
Omar-S is readying a new EP called Romancing The Stone for release on his FXHE label.
Presumably titled after the 1984 movie of the same name, Romancing The Stone is a double EP with four untitled tracks taking up each side. Judging from track previews, the EP has Alex Smith in cheerful, sunny-skies mode, barring a grubby acid workout on "Side C."
The EP comes in the wake of a new FXHE mix CD from Smith himself, which was compiled to celebrate the Detroit label's tenth anniversary.
