This year's programme, which features DARKSIDE and Mount Kimbie, runs for 48 hours.
Berlin Festival is one of its home town's largest annual music events. Each year, roughly 20,000 people descend on the disused Tempelhof Airport for sets from a variety of big names. This time around, the action will go down over 48 hours nonstop, beginning at lunchtime Friday, September 5th. DARKSIDE, Mount Kimbie and Chase & Status help make up this year's international contingent, while the home grown talent includes Moderat, Ellen Allien and Alle Farben. Crystal Fighters and Foreign Beggars will also play.
The festival coincides with Berlin Music Week, which runs September 3rd through 7th. You can expect plenty of names for both Berlin Music Week and Berlin Festival to be added in the coming weeks and months.
