  • Kompakt man Michael Mayer is about to head out on his next annual tour of the US. The seven-show visit will start this Thursday in Philadelphia. An Apex Tour stop in Miami (also featuring Danny Daze) will follow, along with New York on Saturday for Blkmarket Membership's eight-year anniversary event (where the Zenker Brothers are confirmed as well) and LA on Sunday for the first Bask rooftop party of the season. Next week, Mayer will take to the decks at a Blasthaus gig in San Francisco and an Afterhours Anonymous show in Denver. It'll be the latter crew's last night at NORAD, as that spot is due to close later in the month. Finally, like so many other globe-trotting DJs this time of the year, the trail will lead Mayer to Detroit for Movement Festival. It'll be something of a make-up—visa issues caused him to miss his Hart Plaza appearance back in 2012—and this time he's billed for an evening set on the first day, Saturday the 24th. Tickets to see Mayer in Miami and New York are available on RA.
