- The Blackest Ever Black offshoot will return with two fresh cassette selections next month.
Blackest Ever Black's cassette-only Krokodilo Tapes offshoot will release mixtapes from Brian Not Brian and Nina in late July.
Krokodilo Tapes has so far seen limited-edition mixes from the likes of Thought Broadcast, Gnod and Golden Pudel resident Helena Hauff. One of Hauff's Pudel cohorts, Nina, is responsible for one of the sublabel's next mixes. Titled No Observable Effect Concentration, the Blackest Ever Black website describes the tape as "subversive soundgirl punishments" that are "equal parts cyberpunk body-horror and real-deal harbour city sorrow." That will come out in late July, as will Holywell Session, an hour-long selection of "inappropriate ambient" from Going Good co-founder and Kristina Records man Brian Not Brian.
Krokodilo Tapes will release No Observable Effect Concentration and Holywell Session in late July 2014.
