- The Funktion One-equipped venue opens its doors on August 30th.
A new club called ERA has opened in Cape Town.
Located on Loop Street in the city's downtown area, the former art gallery is equipped with a Funktion One rig. The club opened its doors on August 30th. Set over two levels, ERA will function as a café and bar during daylight hours, before turning to a LED-laden basement of house and techno on weekends. Producer sessions and vinyl nights are also on the cards, along with a list of resident DJs drawing from the Cape Town scene.
