- The lineup has been announced for the Tulum New Year's Festival on December 31st. The tropical affair will feature sets from Nicolas Jaar, RAC, DJ Harvey, Prins Thomas and more. It goes down at Caleta Tankah beach, about 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen on the Yucatan Peninsula. With music running from 8 PM to 10 AM, the event also promises "magicians, yogis, bakers" and other entertainers for the evening, as well as a commitment to ecological sustainability, given the sensitivity of the surrounding area.
