  • The tenth Berlin Festival will take place from May 29th through 31st. Berlin Festival is among the German capital's best-known annual music events. Tens of thousands of people attend each year, coming together for a series of large-scale raves soundtracked by a variety of big room and more niche sounds. Arena Park—the area in Kreuzberg that encompasses venues like Arena, Club der Visionäre, Hoppetosse, Ipse, Badeschiff and White Trash—will host the festival for the second time, following its debut there last year. As usual, the lineup has plenty of big names. Live acts include Underworld, James Blake and Róisín Murphy, while Seth Troxler, Richie Hawtin, Dixon, Robert Hood and Carl Craig head up the DJ cast. A crew representing Watergate—Pan-Pot, Ellen Allien, Tiefschwarz, La Fleur and Marco Resmann—has also been confirmed. A number of film screenings, exhibitions and other performances will run alongside the main event. Watch a trailer for Berlin Festival 2015 below:
