Andy Stott and Evian Christ will play at this year’s edition of the Athens event, which takes place in June.
The festival's organisers have been putting on different variations of Plisskën for the past six years. Last year's event saw the festival extend to two days for the first time, a format which will return in 2015. Evian Christ, Andy Stott, Tiger & Woods and Livio & Roby are among the acts billed this year, along with experimental pop trio WhoMadeWho. On another tip, post-rock legends Mogwai, and indie band The Horrors will provide something a bit different.
Plisskën is also committed to raising environmental and social awareness. It hosts the Plisskën Lab, an annual workshop dedicated to explaining what is required to put on a festival of Plisskën's size, which takes place a few weeks before the festival itself.
