- The Detroit don will kick off a new party in the borough's Bed-Stuy neighborhood later this month.
Omar-S will headline the first 808 party at Sugar Hill Disco on Saturday, May 30th.
Local promoters MeanRed began organizing events earlier this year at the somewhat nondescript Brooklyn bar and restaurant. Their most recent offering was an all-vinyl back-to-back set from Floating Points and Four Tet. They will launch a new party, named after the elemental drum machine, with a set from FXHE boss Omar-S.
