  • Techno artists Charlton and Nick Dunton are launching a new label called Poverty Is Violence. Titled The Right Knife In The Right Back, the imprint's first release will come from prolific Dutch producer Drvg Cvltvre, who was recently profiled on RA. Four cuts feature on the EP, comprising three originals and a remix from Specter. If the former black metal artist's recent outings are anything to go by, you can likely expect gritty and experimental sounds. Those in Rotterdam this weekend will have a chance to hear some of the new cuts. Charlton steps up for a Mord showcase at Factory 010 on Saturday, September 5th, where he shares the bill with label mates Bas Mooy, Ansome, UVB and Sunil Sharpe.
