  • Animal Collective have just released a new live record called Live At 9:30. Though the Baltimore group have released live recordings before—like 2002's HollinndagainLive At 9:30 marks the first time they've released an entire concert. This one took place on June 12th at Washington DC's 9:30 club, part of a sold-out, three-night run in 2013. The setlist includes several of their more recent tracks like "My Girls," "Peacebone" and "Brothersport," as well as classics like "The Purple Bottle." It'll come via Domino in a limited edition three-LP format, which is available for order now—the first 100 copies will come with a poster for the show. It's also available digitally. "Growing up in Baltimore, we’ve been seeing shows at 9:30 for over 20 years, back to when the building was called WUST," says band member Geologist. "First time was Pavement in 1994. Always one of our favorite places to see shows, and always one of the most fun places to play a show. Unless the power goes out." Check out "Did You See The Words" below.
